These pictures are the exterior of Akron’s Rolling Acres Mall. I’m not sure how many of you are familiar with Rolling Acres, but it used to be the bees knees after it opened in 1975. It’s downfall began in the mid to late 1990s. The whole of Romig Road was actually as awesome as it could get for shopping in the Kenmore/Barberton area, but now not so much.

The only two stores that remain in this dilapidated mall shell are The JCPenny Outlet and Sears. The inside of the mall is closed and falling apart and the outside, as you can see, is no better.
